Job requirements:

Language: English

Education: Completion of secondary school

Experience: 3 years of related experience

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, ability to physically lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Setting/Area of Work: General manufacturing

Computer Software/ Programs Used: Computer Numerical Control/FANUC Control

Duties:

·        Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to customer specifications and drawings.

·        Performing complex machining operations, including turning and turn-mill operations, using Fanuc Control.

·        Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CNC machining processes to ensure quality and production targets are met.

·        Measuring and inspecting finished products using precision measuring instruments and equipment to ensure compliance with customer specifications.

·        Maintaining equipment and tools in good working condition and performing routine maintenance activities as required.

·        Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

·        Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and cutting parameters.

·        Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and equipment, such as micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.

·        Always adhering to safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
